1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Hut Extension is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- If you experience a delay beyond the estimated shipping time, contact us, and we’ll assist in tracking your order.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain locations may have restrictions on hair product imports. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.
