Hut Extension Return & Refund Policy

At Hut Extension, we take pride in providing high-quality hair extensions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible products under the following conditions:
✅ The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered (no washing, cutting, dyeing, or styling).
✅ The hair must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
✅ The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
✅ Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened hair extensions.

Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Used, worn, or altered hair extensions.
❌ Custom or special-order items.
❌ Clearance or final sale items.


2. Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request – Contact our support team  at info@hutextension.store  within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Receive Return Authorization – If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the Product Back – You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
  4. Inspection & Approval – Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

3. Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.
